ORDER & SHIPPING
ORDER
  • Once your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

  • Sign in to your account for tracking and shipping status, or simply follow the tracking number shared in the shipping confirmation email.

  • Please note that an order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped, we kindly ask you to contact us via email if you wish to cancel your order.

  • Etaire accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Your order will be delivered to your home address or your local service point.

  • You will receive a notification via email or text message when your package has been delivered or is ready for collection.

  • Each order is fully traceable using the tracking number provided once item is shipped.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by payment processing or stock availability.

  • Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take slightly longer.

  • If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information, any shipping costs, import taxes, duties or other fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Etaire ensures that every purchase is fully insured during transit until the order has been delivered.

  • All listed prices and delivery costs within the EU include VAT and any applicable fees. For orders shipped outside the EU, additional local taxes or
    import duties may apply. We ship with duties and taxes paid to the UK and US. Orders below $800 are free of import duties in the US.

  • Etaire offers worldwide shipping, please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery to your country.

PREORDER
  • Items available for preorder may take approximately 8–12 weeks from the date your order is placed until the product is ready for shipment.

  • Estimated shipping window is displayed on the product page for each item.

  • All preorders include complimentary shipping.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email and update with tracking details associated with your order.

  • If you wish to return or exchange preorder items, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure for return and exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
RETURN POLICY
  • 14 day return policy once item is delivered.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping back the item and covering return expenses.

  • Returned item must be delivered in original condition to be accepted and refunded.

  • Worn or used pieces will not be accepted for return.

  • Allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed once received.

  • All refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Etaire is not responsible for items purchased from other retailers. If you purchased an item from another retailer, please consult their applicable policies.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item, please register your return by contacting us at info@etaire-office.com and follow the below procedure.

  • Inform us about your order number, the name of the item(s) and size you wish to return.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping back the item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Pieces must be returned in original condition including brand dust bag and box undamaged, as they are considered part of the item.

  • When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed.

  • If return is accepted following policy and quality guarantee, an email will be sent with confirmation.

  • Item will be refunded within 21 business days of receiving it to the original payment method.

  • Please note that initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the above procedure and place a new order.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
  • If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email at info@etaire-office.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Inform us about your order number and photographs showing the issue.

  • Etaire's quality guarantee applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from improper care or natural wear over time.

  • Natural changes in appearance, including surface scratches, silver oxidation or fading of gold plating, are part of the materials character and lifecycle.

MANUFACTURING & MATERIALS
OUR MANUFACTURES & MATERIALS

— LEATHER

Leather goods are crafted in Portugal. Materials are sourced from suppliers in Italy, Portugal and Spain, that are certified to Leather Working Group (LWG) standards.

— JEWELRY

Jewelry is crafted at our manufacturer in China, certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). All pieces are made using recycled materials.

Etaire collaborates with a limited group of manufacturing partners. We value close, long-term relationships built on experience, consistency and care.

We aim to create a balance between production and demand. Future developments include working with deadstock materials from previous productions to minimize waste and overproduction. Our vision is to create small collections with intentional form and function, and pieces that remain relevant over time.

At Etaire, we strive to source materials with a lower environmental and social impact. This includes using recycled, certified and other more responsible materials when available. Materials are carefully selected for each piece, and tanneries are chosen for their craftsmanship and quality.

PRODUCT CARE

Etaire pieces are made from high quality materials. We recommend handling leather and jewelry with care to extend their longevity.
Each item is accompanied by our care guide and a protective dust bag. Following the care guide will help preserve your Etaire piece for as long as possible.

— LEATHER

Genuine leather varies in texture, making every piece special. With time the leather may develop patina and show natural wear, this adds to the character of the leather.
Each type of leather require its own specific care.

GRAINED AND EMBOSSED LEATHER

Texture and printed patterns may change slightly with use. Spot clean gently with a soft, damp cloth.

SUEDE AND NUBUCK LEATHER

Clean gently with a soft suede brush to preserve the texture, and dab with a soft cloth.

FUR AND HAIRY LEATHER

Hairy leather and fur may naturally shed fibers over time. Clean with a soft cloth and brush gently in the direction of the hair.


We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, and humidity as this can dry out the leather. Keep leather away from water and oily solvents.
If the bag gets wet, blot gently and allow it to air dry at room temperature. Store your leather piece in the provided dust bag in a cool and dry place to preserve the original appearance.


— JEWLERY

Recycled 925 sterling silver naturally forms a patina over time when it comes into contact with air, sulfur, chemicals, liquids, and natural oils from your skin.
Clean using a jewelry polishing cloth.

Recycled brass and recycled plating may show wear gradually. Tarnishing is natural over time, this adds to the character of the jewelry.
Clean using luke warm water and a soft polishing cloth.

All pieces are hypoallergenic and free from nickel. We recommend avoiding washing, perfume or lotions while wearing your jewelry.
Remove before showering or swimming in the sea or pool. Store your jewelry in the provided pouch in a cool and dry place to preserve the original appearance.
