1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within two to three business days of being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


2. Where We Ship

We ship to the EU and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@etaire-office.com — we may be able to arrange shipping on request.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.

We offer free shipping on orders above the threshold shown at checkout.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • European Union — 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom — 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world — 7–14 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs, and local conditions.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact us.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes are included in the price at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are charged separately by the local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days and we will help investigate with the carrier.

We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier if delivery has been confirmed to the correct address.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.


9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@etaire-office.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described in our Terms of Service.
