1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Etaire website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use this site. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products
We sell bags, jewellery, and related accessories. All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Ordering and Pricing
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A purchase agreement is established once you receive an order confirmation from us.
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are stated separately at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where pricing is inaccurate, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
5. Payment
We accept multiple payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All credit card transactions are encrypted during transfer.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return of goods Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Exception for pierced jewellery For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to pierced jewellery (including earrings for pierced ears) where the seal has been broken after delivery, unless the item is defective.

Refund We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Defective Goods
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. You are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund in accordance with Danish consumer law (købeloven).
9. Accuracy and Errors
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and current. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including pricing, product descriptions, and availability — at any time without prior notice.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or its content to:
